Year 3 4 Indoor Athletics

Last week, I had the pleasure of taking 12 amazing year 3/4 athletes to an indoor athletics tournament, There were a few nerves from a few children, not knowing what a KS2 event looked like, but these were quickly brushed aside, and all came out BEAMING! I was so impressed with the year 4 children, who were so kind and supportive of the year 3s. They were encouraged to just have FUN, and that is exactly what they did. They all tried something new, pushed themselves out of their comfort zone and learned that they can do anything they put their mind too. We all can't wait for the next event!
