Oak Class - Pirate Ships Continued

The next stage in making our pirate ships was to create the sky. We did this using sponges and black and white paint, which the children combined brilliantly to make a grey and stormy sky. The children were very surprised when I suggested we rip up our sea! We tore our textured sea paper into strips and used the white edges to create waves. Our pictures are starting to come together!
