Class Assembly

The last day of term saw Alder Class present their class assembly, the first class of this academic year. The children put on a condensed version of the Mock Trial that they recently competed. They were brilliant, as always, and it was my pleasure to share with them that they were awarded the best team costume trophy and prize. 

They also shared some of their English persuasive letters, writing from the perspective of a person applying to Ernest Shackleton to become a crew member onboard the Endurance.

Finally, they shared the investigation that we conducted during British Science Week. 

It was lovely to see so many parents attend, and it was a great opportunity to share a Pen Permit, Head Teacher's award, School Captaincy and the first few Always Proud Of.
