Remembrance Service

On Monday 11th November, Year 6 lead a Remembrance Service where they read aloud In Flanders Fields by John McCrae. After this, the whole school took part in a two-minute silence to show their respects for the service and sacrifice of all those that have defended our freedoms. Year 6 then visited the war memorial in the town where they laid a wreath and took more time to reflect.
